FORMAT

01. First 10 seconds: Humanizing

  • Name (first and last)

  • Where you live (city and state)

  • Professional background

  • Expose a personal need or loss:

    • “I was searching for the best web development partner”

    • “I was sick and tired of freelancers who disappeared in the middle of the project”

    • “Iʼve spent over $35,000 on web sites that donʼt work because the designers and technical people donʼt understand my business”

    • “I donʼt know anything about digital marketing”

    • “Iʼve wasted over $55,000 on advertising campaigns that donʼt work”

    • “I blew $6,500 on Google AdWords and didnʼt get a single sale”

02. Product Testimonial (20 - 30 seconds)

This sets the stage for your business testimonial. Without your product testimonial, your business testimonial is incomprehensible. We must assume our target audience doesnʼt know anything about your opportunity. Your product testimonial becomes the logical “how” segue to your business testimonial.

  • How long youʼve been working with Frontcube?

  • How was the experience like working with a world-class design firm?

  • How were the project management, communication, and engagement?

  • How was the mutual collaboration and your involvement during the project? (Eg. Design feedback via MarvelApp, communication via Nifty, weekly update calls, etc.)

Explain how you have benefited such as:

  • How have your site conversions improved?

  • How much more money did you earn? (be precise - precise numbers are more believable than giant round ones. “Increased my sales $38,481.69 between July 5th to the 23rd” is much more powerful and believable than “made $50,000 in one month” or “increased my income $500,000 the first year.”)

  • How many more sales are you getting?

  • How many more phone calls or leads are you generating?

  • How many more business opportunities are you receiving?

  • How many hours per week did you save?

  • How much more free time do you have for yourself and your family?

  • What things are you able to do yourself that you couldnʼt before?



QUESTIONS

  1. Give me a one-minute history of your career (or your success, or your business).

  2. How did you get involved with our company?

  3. What was the problem you were experiencing before Frontcube?

  4. What was the reason that you chose us? 

  5. Was price more important than delivery, service, and quality? (This question gets to the value of the products/services you provide.)

  6. Tell me what your experience has been with our products/services? (Ask for the customer's experience and wisdom.)

  7. What are three other benefits that you’ve enjoyed as a result of Frontcube’s services?

  8. Can you think of a word or phrase that best describes your relationship with us? Why that particular word or phrase?

  9. How has working with us changed the way your company does business?

  10. Why would you recommend us to someone else? (This is the key part of the testimonial.)

  11. If someone called you and said "Why should I do business with Frontcube", what would you tell them?
